About The Position

We are looking for a consultative and collaborative leader for our Global Sales Enablement and Operations team to support our commercial teams and drive long-term revenue growth. Part-consultant, part-advisor, youʼll lead the team that develops and operationalizes our global go-to-market sales plans, help evaluate new business opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive projects to completion and assess their business impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience working with Senior Sales Executives to develop and operationalize global go to market sale initiatives
  • Must have held a Director of Sales Operations (or equivalent head of Sales Ops) role before in digital advertising
  • Proven success managing and scaling global sales operations teams to deliver high-quality results across geographically distributed organizations
  • Domestic and international travel is required

  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing industry landscape inclusive of media buyers, ad tech companies, agencies and resellers
  • Highly Analytical: Uses data to drive decisions, uncover insights, and optimize the sales process
  • Able to be strategic, build a roadmap, and plan the future state of the sales organization alongside leadership
  • Collaboration: Excellent at cross-functional partnership and alignment
  • Conflict Management: Capable of handling disagreements constructively, especially when pushing back on sales leaders or navigating competing priorities
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
