About The Position

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bring structure, rigor, and momentum to Global B2B, a cross-organizational initiative to establish a common platform, unified product vision, and integrated plan across businesses that generate B2B revenue. The program spans US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, AVs, Bikes, and Partner/Protocol integrations, with the goal of building a shared platform that supports existing demand and enables additional business lines. The role will connect strategy to an actionable, sequenced, tracked, and delivered program across multiple P&Ls, geographies, and functions. The successful candidate will work autonomously amid ambiguity and influence teams without direct authority. The position reports to Rishi Dean, VP of Technology and DRI of Global B2B, and is fully remote within the United States.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or a related role.
  • Ability to build and maintain an integrated plan across multiple organizations with different priorities, scale, and cadences, with a thorough understanding of dependency management.
  • Experience establishing or running a sequencing and prioritization forum that arbitrates competing business cases against shared capacity.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in highly ambiguous situations with limited direction and translate ambiguity into a written, dated plan.
  • Ability to communicate highly technical and cross-functional problems and solutions at all levels, from individual contributors to C-level executives.
  • Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple business lines or P&Ls, including shared systems such as CRM, billing/invoicing, or partner integration layers.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail to keep a multi-quarter, multi-organization program on track.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and inspire others in a matrixed environment without direct authority over most dependent teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience spanning platform, product, and go-to-market work is ideal.
  • Background supporting or working alongside M&A integration, including systems, organizational, or go-to-market integration, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management for Global B2B by maintaining an integrated cross-organizational plan, assigning owners and dates to dependencies, and keeping the plan current as priorities shift across Rider, Lyft Europe, Lyft Business, Global Growth, and Finance.
  • Run the standing sequencing forum where teams present business cases, resolve competing priorities, and arbitrate capacity across client commitments, foundational platform work, and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive execution across platform layers, including application, sales systems, financial and billing systems, partner integration, and marketing stack; coordinate accountable owners and surface unresolved design authority and funding models.
  • Track and report program health across US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, and Partner/Protocol, and escalate risks to PDT early.
  • Lead joint planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe to align FreeNow and Gett integration with Europe roaming and app-launch timelines, turning shared assumptions into written, dated commitments.
  • Manage the annual Global B2B planning cycle from September through November, translating scope and business cases into resourced, sequenced initiatives.
  • Build and enforce consistent product standards across the portfolio, including a scoping gate to prevent requirement changes from silently consuming central capacity.
  • Design and run onboarding for newly acquired or newly connected businesses, covering platform, systems, P&L, reporting, and go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to include AI/agentic surfaces and protocol work in the Global B2B plan from the outset.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders from individual engineers through executive leadership, using direct, fact-forward, jargon-free communication.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, with additional programs available when enrolled.
  • Mental health benefits.
  • Family-building benefits.
  • Child care and pet benefits.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • 12 observed holidays.
  • Discretionary paid time off for salaried team members; 15 days of paid time off for hourly team members.
  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave for biological, adoptive, and foster parents.
  • Subsidized commuter benefits.
  • Exclusive opportunity for Lyft team members to test new benefits of the Lyft Pink Ridership Program.
