Requirements

  • Field sales leadership experience within the tax or indirect tax industry.
  • Preferred candidate will also have led presales organizations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proficiency in providing direction and leadership to senior teams.
  • Long-term Sales Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing long-term sales strategies.
  • High-level Client Management: Skills in managing relationships with key clients and industry leaders.
  • Performance Oversight: Capability to oversee and drive the performance of significant business areas.
  • Best Practice Implementation: Proficiency in guiding teams to adopt and implement best practices.
  • Market Intelligence: In-depth understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Operational Efficiency Management: Skills in ensuring streamlined and efficient operations.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Expertise in using data and business intelligence to inform high-level strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to senior managers and high-level professionals within the area of responsibility.
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the performance of significant areas of the business, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and support end-to-end deal execution, including market analysis, valuation, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Guide senior managers in implementing best practices and driving team excellence.
  • Engage in high-level strategy meetings to set and align on organizational targets and goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.
  • Ensure streamlined operations across the business area, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at the highest levels in industry forums, conferences, and events.
