About The Position

Pixability is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and execution-focused events leader to build and scale its global events program. This role is crucial at the intersection of marketing and sales, responsible for creating memorable experiences that deepen client relationships, introduce Pixability to prospective customers, and generate meaningful pipeline opportunities. The position will own the event strategy, encompassing intimate executive dinners, thought leadership lunches, unique entertainment experiences, customer networking events, and major industry sponsorships. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership is key to ensuring every event delivers measurable business impact. The role oversees event strategy and execution across the United States and Europe, but will be based in the U.S.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or event strategy, preferably for the advertising industry
  • Experience producing executive-level customer events for enterprise audiences.
  • Strong understanding of how events contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing sponsorships at major industry conferences and events.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives, sales leaders, and external partners.
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a year-round calendar of high-impact client and prospect events.
  • Create experiences that reflect the Pixability brand and strengthen relationships with senior marketers at agencies and brands.
  • Produce a variety of event formats including executive dinners, thought leadership lunches and breakfasts, roundtable discussions, sporting events, concerts and entertainment experiences, VIP hospitality, customer appreciation events, and exclusive networking experiences.
  • Partner with Sales to identify target attendees and maximize customer and prospect engagement.
  • Build repeatable event playbooks while continually introducing fresh ideas and experiences.
  • Own Pixability's annual industry event calendar worldwide.
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and recommend where Pixability should invest.
  • Develop business cases for event investments based on strategic value, audience quality, pipeline potential, and ROI.
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure every sponsorship has a clear plan for driving meetings, executive engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure events support pipeline generation and account growth.
  • Build pre-event outreach strategies that drive qualified meetings.
  • Coordinate attendee lists, executive schedules, and customer invitations.
  • Develop post-event follow-up plans that convert engagement into opportunities.
  • Track and report on key metrics including attendance, meetings generated, influenced pipeline, and ROI.
  • Own all aspects of event planning and execution including venue sourcing, vendor management, budget management, production, catering, entertainment, guest experience, registration, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Work with Marketing to develop event branding, messaging, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure every event reflects Pixability's high standards and premium brand.
  • Define KPIs for both custom events and sponsored events.
  • Track event performance and continually optimize the program.
  • Present regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Manage event budgets responsibly while maximizing return on investment.
