About The Position

DePuy Synthes is recruiting a BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics, based in Raynham, Massachusetts, with secondary locations in Raritan, New Jersey, and West Chester, Pennsylvania. Johnson & Johnson plans to separate its Orthopedics business into a standalone company operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions. If the separation is completed, the position is anticipated to become an employee of DePuy Synthes, with employment governed by its processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. The BPO Director is the senior business product leader accountable for the Orthopedics EPM product and technology landscape. The role represents Orthopedics Finance in defining business outcomes and product requirements and supports implementation of end-state EPM technology for integrated planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance insights across the global Orthopedics organization. As Business Product Owner, the Director owns the EPM product vision, business capability roadmap, requirements, value priorities, design decisions, adoption, and business readiness. The EPM organization is the primary interface between the GPO team, Orthopedics Finance users, and IT, translating process standards and business needs into technology requirements and coordinating end-to-end support. The relevant Global Process Owner retains accountability for global process standards, policies, and process governance, while IT retains technical delivery and platform responsibilities. The Director owns stand-alone planning readiness and leads the business side of the transition from the Anaplan Bridge and related transition services to the selected end-state Orthopedics EPM platform and ecosystem. The role drives option assessment, design, and implementation, and establishes a sustainable support model with clear ownership, service levels, escalation paths, business continuity, and technology-availability expectations. The position leads a team of six direct reports.
