As a rising agency leader, you'll drive business outcomes, advocate for the department, and stay ahead of industry trends. A Day in the Life: Oversee day-to-day activity on assigned accounts, creating project briefs and driving strategic engagement deliverables. Serve as day-to-day lead on select accounts with minimal senior supervision. Develop and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams (account management, strategic planning, media, creative). Build strong partnerships with senior marketing clients, providing strategic guidance and synthesizing diverse insights into actionable plans. Marry strategic and creative aptitude to craft impactful engagement strategies, providing expertise on on- and offline channels. Ensure quality of strategic and creative products as a key engagement team member. Manage and mentor junior-level engagement strategists, fostering career development. Evangelize engagement strategy's value, directing accounts on opportunities and collaborating with agency stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, applying knowledge to engagement strategies and presenting ideas and strategies to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
