Director, EMEA Sales Operations

Temporal Technologies

About The Position

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Director of EMEA Sales Operations to serve as the dedicated go-to-market operations partner for its EMEA region. The role supports New Logo, Growth, and Commercial/hybrid sales motions across a fast-growing, multi-country region and works directly with the VP of EMEA and regional Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solutions Architects. The Director provides insights, enablement, and processes for territory design, quota allocation, pipeline and forecasting hygiene, and the regional operating cadence. The role requires autonomy in addressing regional needs and judgment about when to resolve issues locally versus escalate them to global GTM Operations or Systems. It also represents EMEA-specific needs to the global function, including needs arising from financial-services-heavy Strategic accounts and multiple regional sales motions. The position is part of a GTM Operations function being built to be AI-native. The successful candidate is expected to use AI tools as a practical part of their current workflow to accelerate analysis, surface insights, and scale operational work. The role also supports planning, market expansion evaluation, reporting, and collaboration across regional and global teams. Temporal Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business need. The company embraces and celebrates differences and diversity, and is committed to providing reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities. Candidates who need accommodation should notify their Recruiter.

  • Partner with the VP of EMEA and regional sales leadership to provide actionable insights on net-new pipeline generation, account penetration, and territory design.
  • Own pipeline visibility and forecasting hygiene across EMEA motions, including complex enterprise deals, consumption workload ramps, and Commercial/self-serve pipeline.
  • Conduct white-space and TAM analysis to identify high-propensity targets across EMEA, particularly in financial services, banking, and fintech.
  • Identify regional process gaps and work with GTM Systems to scope and implement automation, including AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort and improve regional coverage.
  • Analyze regional sales performance, including win/loss, deal velocity, conversion, and quota attainment, and translate findings into recommendations for regional leadership; use AI tools to accelerate analysis and identify patterns.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce and Omni reports and dashboards tailored to EMEA's Strategic, Growth, and Commercial segments, including CQA/Tiered account, SSU, and workload metrics.
  • Support the EMEA operating cadence, including forecasting calls, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and account planning; prepare regional metrics for leadership ahead of cross-time-zone reviews.
