We are seeking a Director of E-Commerce Growth & Marketplace Partnerships to lead the strategy and execution of marketplace growth for third-party partner brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging e-commerce platforms. This leader will operate as a general manager for partner brands, driving profitable revenue growth while coordinating cross-functional resources including marketing, merchandising, operations, sourcing, and logistics. This role is responsible for owning marketplace performance end-to-end — including merchandising strategy, marketing investment, forecasting, operational infrastructure, and brand partnership management. The ideal candidate combines strong marketplace expertise, operational rigor, and strategic thinking to scale partner brands while building repeatable processes that support long-term growth. This individual will work closely with internal teams across finance, operations, creative, marketing, and logistics, as well as external brand partners and 3PL providers, to maximize performance and remove operational friction. This position reports to the Chief Business Development Officer and can be remote from any of the 16 U.S. states where IPSY hires. Heavy preference given to Los-Angeles, CA area candidates.
