About The Position

Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead dining operations for a premier Education account in the Edina, Minnesota area. The role leads frontline associates and drives strategic planning, customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence. The position must support business within 30 miles of the location. The director is responsible for budget ownership, cost control, and compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as building strong relationships with clients, customers, and associates. Other duties may be assigned to support efficient dining service operations.

Requirements

Five or more years of foodservice management experience.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Food Services, Management, Hospitality, or Culinary, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends.
Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
