The Director, Dignity and Unity (D&U) leads the development of effective strategies to create and sustain an inclusive culture and welcoming environment at Roper Saint Francis Hospital (RSFH) that supports equitable practices across the health system. This role involves creating and implementing strategic action plans, ensuring an inclusive workforce, providing leadership for training and practices, and partnering with various groups to advance inclusion strategies. The Director will also assist in integrating Healthcare Anchor Network (HAN) inclusive commitments and ensure decisions are based on the inherent dignity of all persons, meritocratic principles, and the common good. Analysis of D&U XP Survey metrics and development of strategic action plans are key responsibilities, as is influencing decisions through consensus building and representing RSFH in the community.
