About The Position

We are seeking a Director Digital Services to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada. As the Director, Digital Services, you will provide forward-thinking leadership and direction for enterprise business system analysis and process management associated operational and production support practices. You will ensure alignment with the corporate strategic plan, inclusive of business changes and pension administration operational support services. These services include product/service management, business system analysis, functional design, data analysis, and business process management. As the Director, you will provide critical contributions to our enterprise transformation and be a trusted advisor to the Executive team and governance committees.

• Proven direct accountability for delivering large-scale technical solutions that successfully enable business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide forward-thinking leadership and direction for enterprise business system analysis and process management associated operational and production support practices.
• Ensure alignment with the corporate strategic plan, inclusive of business changes and pension administration operational support services.
• Manage product/service management, business system analysis, functional design, data analysis, and business process management.
