This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy. The Director of Digital Product Management is responsible for setting the vision, strategy and execution for our customer-facing digital experiences across web, mobile, self-service channels and digital touchpoints and member journeys with the focus on engaging, personalizing and simplifying member experiences. This role drives cross-functional influence and carries direct accountability for customer experience, digital adoption and operates at both a strategic and operational level – owning product vision and roadmap while building, coaching and scaling product teams. This leader aligns business objectives, customer needs, and technology capabilities to deliver measurable value through web, mobile, and platform-based products. The Director reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Digital Engagement and Ecommerce and partners with other leaders in Marketing, IT and key lines of business. The Director will lead a team of 3-5 digital product managers and work cross functionally.
