Recom is seeking a Director, Digital Marketing – Amazon Ads to lead the strategic vision, performance accountability, and full-funnel execution of Amazon advertising across our premium brand portfolio. This role is designed for a modern “player-coach” who thrives on bridging high-level strategy with hands-on leadership. The Director will architect and scale a sophisticated Amazon advertising engine across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP—driving profitable growth, increasing new-to-brand acquisition, and improving long-term customer lifetime value. As a key leader within the marketing organization, this role partners closely with Brand, Creative, Retail, and Analytics teams. The Director will hold ownership over advertising budget allocation strategy, performance guardrails, and growth planning across multiple brand accounts.
