About The Position

iFIT is hiring a Director, Digital Analytics & Experimentation to own analytics, reporting, forecasting, and experimentation for its global direct-to-consumer business on nordictrack.com. The role centers on subscription growth and the customer journey, and its numbers inform company decisions about spending, pricing, and merchandising. The Director will shape the nordictrack.com experience, help grow customer lifetime value, and support the move to an AI-driven personalization platform. The role is split roughly evenly among analytics and data, reporting and forecasting, and experimentation and conversion-rate optimization. The Director owns the integrity of all three areas, partners closely with marketing, digital product, site merchandising, and finance, and manages and develops one direct report. Success in the first year means contributing measurable top-line and bottom-line growth through improved conversion, subscription attach, and customer lifetime value; putting a prioritized customer-journey and CRO roadmap into action with measured conversion lift; and establishing trusted KPI reporting and forecasts that reconcile with finance and actual results.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in analytics, including at least 5 years in ecommerce, DTC, or subscription businesses.
  • People management experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and AI tools, with the ability to validate their outputs.
  • Proven experience running a statistically rigorous experimentation program.
  • Strong conversion-rate optimization instincts and understanding of what drives or blocks conversion.
  • Experience building P&L or revenue forecasts and reconciling them to finance or ERP actuals.
  • A record of producing accurate, reconciled numbers and the ability to describe quality-assurance practices.
  • Ability to explain numbers, their sources, and their caveats to executives.
  • Hands-on experience with session analytics and multi-touch attribution tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with FullStory and Rockerbox.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and validate data from web analytics, order, media, and finance sources, and maintain documented KPI definitions as a single source of truth.
  • Diagnose performance changes by traffic source, product, and funnel step, and make recommendations supported by quantified evidence.
  • Track, analyze, and report subscription economics, including customer lifetime value (LTV) and annual iFIT subscription attach rate, and identify the factors that move them.
  • Map the customer journey from first visit through purchase and subscription, identify conversion drivers and obstacles, and recommend optimization priorities.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and the associated dashboards, including LTV and subscription attach.
  • Prepare executive-ready summaries comparing results with plan and prior year and explaining the drivers of variances.
  • Build and maintain the full DTC business P&L forecast, including traffic, conversion, subscription attach, revenue, margin, marketing spend, and media mix.
  • Reconcile forecasts to actuals and finance, explain variances, regularly refresh the outlook, and model promotions, media shifts, and pricing scenarios with documented assumptions.
  • Run the testing program end to end, from hypothesis and design through QA, readout, and decision, prioritizing tests by potential conversion lift.
  • Report test results using appropriate statistical methods and clearly state what conclusions the results do and do not support.
  • Track the cumulative revenue and conversion impact of shipped tests.
  • Help improve the personalization program by measuring its effectiveness, identifying shortcomings, and recommending where to expand it.
  • Partner with marketing, digital product, site merchandising, and finance.
  • Manage and develop one direct report.
