About The Position

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced network architect to help design and evolve next-generation hyperscale data center network infrastructure solutions. This customer-facing leadership role is the primary technical contact for customer issues relating to development and production of next-generation networking and data center technologies. The position works with hyperscale customers to develop scalable, reliable, high-performance networks that support AI workloads at scale, and requires building deep relationships with customer technical leadership. The role leads customer discussions that shape network architecture, design, and deployment strategy, including Leaf-Spine (CLOS) topologies. It defines technical specifications, reference architectures, and standards for network hardware, software, and configurations; helps customers understand solution performance; and represents customer needs in Celestica’s technology roadmap and network automation initiatives. The architect collaborates with R&D, operations/manufacturing, and software development teams to translate requirements into robust designs. This is a remote position with travel as necessary, including likely travel of 30–50% between customer and Celestica locations. Candidates may be located near Celestica’s US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon, or California, or near major airports in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, or Pacific Coast. The listed salary range is $165,000–$228,000 and may change based on factors including the role’s duties, candidate credentials and experience, and geographic jurisdiction.
