Requirements

3-5 years of CI/TY experience highly recommended.
Minimum of 6 years progressive hotel conference services experience preferred, or equivalent college degree with related experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and professional selling skills with the ability to influence clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated creativity and expertise in food, beverage, and event management; proven organizational and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage diverse teams, solve complex problems, and work independently under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial analysis, and must hold a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
