About The Position

The Director Content Marketing leads the content engine for Thomson Reuters’ Corporates full-stack marketing strategy. The role sets the editorial agenda across the tax, legal, and risk portfolios, shapes how corporate professionals think about the future of their work, and builds content programs that support demand. It translates product capabilities into stories about outcomes that matter to corporate buyers, balancing portfolio-wide strategy with hands-on writing and editing. The position reports to the VP of Marketing, Corporates and leads content managers, writers, and producers across all three portfolios. The director works closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, the Thomson Reuters Institute, Communications, Product, and Sales leadership. The role develops editorial themes, narratives, content pillars, and messaging frameworks grounded in customer understanding, commercial priorities, and competitive insight. It creates and manages content for demand generation, sales enablement, account-based marketing, segments, launches, and campaigns across the buyer journey, from awareness through adoption, renewal, and advocacy. The role is responsible for organic SEO and answer-engine visibility, including structuring and citing content so it can surface in generative search experiences. It owns the editorial calendar, production workflows, channel distribution, and measurement framework, tying content to business outcomes through Salesforce, multi-touch attribution, SEO/AEO analytics, and content analytics. The director reports on impact to leadership, coaches the content team, develops an extended network of internal Studio, agency, and contributor partners, and collaborates with strategy and product teams to align content with marketing and sales priorities.
