The Concierge team is currently hiring a Director to lead our business development team, developing and driving our strategy with Velocity Black business partnerships. We are seeking a business development professional with experience in the premium experiences and luxury services space. This person should be deeply networked, or able to create new networks, and be able to operate independently while leading a team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 10 years of Business Development experience
• At least 5 years of experience in people management

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of premium or luxury hospitality, travel, events, or retail experience
• 7+ years of experience running teams of across multiple geographies
• 7+ years of experience managing third party operators and vendors

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching business development roadmap for the Velocity Black/Concierge portfolio across premium experiences, luxury goods, and strategic enterprise solutions
• Define the strategic vision and construct scalable growth frameworks focused on aggressive market expansion and acquiring exclusive, proprietary inventory
• Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations and foster strategic alignment across premium travel, product, brand, and marketing sectors
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of business development professionals to drive market leadership
• Architect a sustainable, multi-year pipeline to capture market share, drive revenue growth, and maximize the lifetime value of top-tier partnerships
• Develop and leverage a powerful network of global enterprise partners, premier vendors, and industry leaders to unlock new revenue streams
• Govern the partnership lifecycle at a macro level, from complex deal structuring and financial modeling to long-term value realization
• Design and implement enterprise-grade frameworks that drive global scalability, operational excellence, and predictable growth
