About The Position

The Director, Commercial Systems Data Migration Lead owns strategy and execution for the CSA Data Migration workstream within a global Commercial Systems Acceleration program. The role leads the movement of data from legacy systems into a governed, S/4HANA-ready foundation, including SAP BRIM billing and revenue scenarios and connected commercial systems. It combines hands-on technical and functional leadership with accountability for program delivery, data readiness, and advice to senior leadership on risk, readiness, and cutover decisions. It leads a globally distributed team and system integrators, offshore partners, and vendors, while coordinating with business and functional workstreams. The work model is described as remote-friendly, with up to 20% domestic and international travel. The posting also describes a flexible hybrid work environment for office-based roles and work-from-anywhere flexibility for up to eight weeks per year.
