This hands-on leadership role directs the planning, governance, validation, and execution of data loads, from defining requirements and coordinating data owners through conversion, reconciliation, and business sign-off. The position is based in Dearborn, Michigan, with domestic travel up to 10%, and is hybrid, requiring onsite work four or more days per week. It will initially be employed by Ford and is expected to transition to Ford’s wholly owned Battery Energy Storage Systems subsidiary within one year.
