The individual in this role will lead NEP's commercial planning and growth capability by supporting executive strategic priorities through business planning, market sizing, opportunity assessment, and growth planning. This role helps convert executive priorities into actionable commercial plans, business cases, and growth opportunities that the business can execute. This role sits within Global Commercial Operations and partners closely with Corporate Strategy, Commercial Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Product & Solutions, and regional teams. The role helps translate executive priorities into practical commercial plans, business cases, and growth actions. This is a build-and-transform role. The successful candidate will help establish new capabilities, operating rhythms, and planning disciplines that do not exist today. Success depends on strong collaboration, practical problem solving, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
