Director, Client & Partner Marketing

Phreesia
$200,000 - $300,000Remote

About The Position

Phreesia Network Solutions partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech, agencies, and other healthcare organizations to reach patients and healthcare providers with personalized, privacy-safe communications. Our annual media programs are re-sold every year, which makes the strength of our client relationships the single biggest driver of retention and growth. As Director, Client & Partner Marketing, you will own the work of deepening and expanding those relationships. You will build a discipline around client marketing, advocacy, partner co-marketing, industry events, client experiences, and gifting. You will run our Client Advisory Board program. And you will take meaningful non-selling work off the plates of our sales team so they can focus on commercial outcomes. You will lead a small team (one direct report at hire, growing to two or three based on your recommendation) and work cross-functionally with Client Experience, Client Solutions, Strategy, Market Development, and Creative. The role reports to the VP Marketing. That role is currently vacant, so you will report to the President of Phreesia Network Solutions in the interim.
