The Director, Change Strategy & Communications is a key position in driving the organization’s success. Reporting to the Vice President of Planning & Implementation, The Director, Change Strategy & Communications leads the development and execution of the change strategy for the enterprise ERP transformation, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. Reporting into the Transformation Office, this role is responsible for designing and delivering a holistic change readiness approach, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and behavior change strategies.
