The Center for Associate Well-being is a resource for all associates at Nemours Children’s Health and is central to support our mission to develop the Healthiest Workforce in America. The Director's focus is to lead the design, direction and implementation of well-being programs that address the current stressors facing clinicians, health professionals and staff associates. The goals of the center include facilitating system wide programs that enable team members to effectively practice in a culture that prioritizes and promotes well-being and professional fulfillment while optimizing the function of Nemours Children’s Health and establishing a robust well-being research foundation. The Director of the Center for Associate Well-being is a demonstrated leader in program management to advance the best interests of the Office of Well-Being and will report to the Vice President, Chief Well-being Officer. The Director, Center for Associate Well-being will maintain a hybrid on-site/virtual presence and be available to meet organizational needs, both acutely and on-going basis.
