The Benefits & Well-Being Communications Advisor at Oxy is responsible for shaping how employees experience benefits and well-being across the organization. This involves creating integrated, employee-centered communications to increase awareness, encourage participation, and reinforce a culture of total well-being. The role focuses on providing clear, timely, and engaging information, assisting with benefit communication planning, and coordinating vendor-led campaigns for key initiatives. The Advisor will collaborate with Well-Being and Benefits leaders and other internal stakeholders to develop and distribute employee-facing communications through various channels like email, intranet, webinars, and mailed materials. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating benefit communication materials and platforms such as Oxy’s intranet (My HR), Workday, new hire resources, and vendor-provided content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Oxy brand standards. The role also supports broader benefit communication efforts in collaboration with internal teams (Well-Being, HRIS, Corporate Communications) and external vendors to ensure alignment, reduce duplication, and enhance employee engagement.
