About The Position

The Director, Catering & Conference Services will be responsible for developing creative ways to maximize profit, achieving set revenue goals, and supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings. This role requires a luxury events professional and a natural salesperson who can bring events to life for clients. Creativity and imagination are highly valued.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of similar work experience
• Expert in Catering & Events
• Strong leader
• Natural salesperson
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
