About The Position

The Director Cardiovascular Services Cath Lab oversees performance and results across multiple sites and/or functional areas to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The Administrative Director fosters accountability and collaboration and directs the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility and/or market objectives. This full-time, exempt position is with Medical City Plano, a 600+ bed acute care hospital in Plano, Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• RN licensure in Texas or a compact state.
• Three years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Three years in a leadership role.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related area preferred.
