Director, Business Operations As OM continues to expand our portfolio of strategic client wins and partnerships, we are excited to be recruiting for positions that will be part of a massive consumer-centric, technology and innovation focused client we are onboarding! Responsibilities The Director, Business Operations is responsible for operational capabilities, best practice governance, and mobilization and orchestration of resources across the media planning and activation end-to-end workflow. The Director, Business Operations role requires a deep understanding of client business requirements and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. They are a trusted counsel and partner across the team and its leadership. As an extension of the team leadership, they help to ensure team accountability, goal setting and driving cross-functional projects that exceed client expectations.
