The Business Development Director will spearhead efforts to secure new business opportunities with a focus on the missions within Huntsville, AL space customer set to include the Golden Dome architecture. This role requires a strategic, innovative thinker with established relationships in the aerospace and defense community, exceptional multi-tasking skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth. They will cultivate and sustain customer relationships to shape business opportunities aligned with York’s unique space capabilities and business model. They will engage across the space industry ecosystem, including government stakeholders, leveraging customer knowledge and contacts to drive success in winning new business. The candidate must navigate the dynamic space industry, develop targeted relationship-building strategies. They will also work tactically while managing key priorities within tight timelines, ensuring accountability of their actions, and maximizing business impact.
