Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior beverage or bar leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and mixology.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory, purchasing, cost control, and revenue management.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and guest-service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Beverage certification or advanced beverage education is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of bar and beverage operations, including menu development, programming, service, and quality.
- Create innovative cocktails and beverage experiences aligned with the property's culinary vision.
- Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, beverage costs, and budgets.
- Analyze sales and develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Venues, and other departments on programming and guest experiences.
- Maintain exceptional standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.
- Stay ahead of beverage trends and continuously introduce new ideas and experiences.
