This individual will lead data analytics for the consumer business, partnering cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Base Management, and Finance to drive retention and revenue growth. They will own the definition, governance, and ongoing monitoring of core KPIs especially churn and ARPU. Building executive-ready dashboards, establishing a consistent operating cadence (weekly/monthly business reviews), and ensuring leaders have clear visibility into performance drivers and risks. The Director will translate business priorities into an analytics roadmap, guide deep-dive analyses (cohort/funnel, segmentation, lifecycle, experimentation measurement), and deliver insights and recommendations that influence strategy and execution. They will also manage and develop a team of analysts, setting standards for analytical rigor, stakeholder communication, and scalable self-serve reporting.
