As Director of Analog Design in the Digital Business Unit, the role leads a small team of analog engineers developing critical analog IP for complex system-on-chip (SoC) products. It combines hands-on technical depth with people leadership, portfolio execution, and cross-functional influence to deliver oscillators, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, power-management circuits, and low-power architectures from concept through high-volume production. The director owns delivery of analog and mixed-signal IP for Digital Business Unit SoCs, from architecture and specification through schematic design, verification, layout, characterization, qualification, and production release. The role guides SoC architecture, design quality and signoff, low-power strategy, IP reuse, project execution, silicon validation, and production problem solving. It also contributes to product and technology roadmaps and builds organizational capability through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
