We are seeking an accomplished New Business Development leader with deep expertise in Engineering R&D (ER&D) Services to drive strategic growth across the Aerospace sector. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on acquiring new business, building executive-level relationships, and closing large engineering services engagements with Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of selling outsourced engineering services, digital engineering, embedded systems, verification & validation, and product engineering managed services into aerospace accounts. This role requires a strategic hunter with deep aerospace domain expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to shape and close large managed services engagements.
