About The Position

Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of K-8 literacy initiatives, including Science of Reading, pre-teach strategies, and districtwide literacy program execution to improve student outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 5 to 7 years of work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., computer, copier)

Responsibilities

• Leads implementation of Science of Reading-aligned literacy frameworks across K-8 schools.
• Oversees execution of district literacy initiatives, ensuring fidelity and alignment to curriculum.
• Analyzes literacy data and assessment results to inform instructional improvements.
• Develops and delivers professional learning for teachers and instructional leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.
