About The Position

Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of K-8 literacy initiatives, including Science of Reading practices and pre-teach strategies, to ensure high-quality instructional delivery and improved student outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 5 years of work experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., computer, copier)

Nice To Haves

• Continuing education in literacy instruction or curriculum development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of Science of Reading practices across K-8 campuses
• Monitors literacy initiative implementation and provides feedback to schools and leadership
• Analyzes student literacy data to identify trends and inform instructional adjustments
• Facilitates professional development sessions and supports teacher capacity building
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align literacy resources and interventions
• Other duties as assigned
