Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within the assigned District.
  • Manage relationships and administrative tasks for WW/L distributors.
  • Align activities with distributors and sector teams.
  • Oversee sales funnel and OnDemand system.
  • Work with Regional Directors to handle territory sales budgets.
  • Aid in global and national account support as needed.
  • Ensure financial goals for the territory are met.
  • Develop plans to improve margins in the territory.
  • Contribute to the innovation development funnel.
  • Lead the forecasting process for distributors and accounts, updating demand planning.
  • Train and engage direct team members, make joint calls, and ensure program compliance.
  • Assist with national program rollouts.
  • Launch new products and promotions to distributors, accounts, and direct team.
  • Conduct sales calls with end users, in coordination with sector teams.
  • Lead business review processes for distributors and key customers.
