Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) at Sheppard Pratt offer programs devoted to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including residential programs that provide homes and person-centered supports. The Odyssey Residential Program provides single-family homes throughout the Frederick community to approved individuals. This position is working on-site in Frederick, MD. Must be able to work the following overnight schedule: Sunday: 11p-9a, Monday: 11p-9a, Tuesday: 11p-9a, Wednesday: 11p-9a, Thursday: OFF, Friday: OFF, Saturday: OFF. What to expect. This is a direct care opportunity to facilitate client involvement in meaningful activities of daily life to support their overall mental health and wellbeing. With training and ongoing experience, you will exercise discretion and independent judgement with general supervision.
