About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for its Adult Residential North program in Voorhees, New Jersey. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them realize their best lives through quality, empathetic care. The schedule is Sunday 11 a.m.–11:30 p.m., Monday 3–9 p.m., and Tuesday 3–11:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Be willing and able to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Have a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
