About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently, building confidence, and experiencing meaningful moments every day. This position is considered a Safety Sensitive Position and is contingent upon a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications

• Respond to behavioral or emergency situations using provided training
