About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Back End Days. At One Vision, you can build a rewarding career while working a schedule designed to support work-life balance. Our 12-hour shift model allows many team members to work full-time hours in just 3 days - leaving the rest of the week for family, appointments, hobbies, or simply recharging. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently, building confidence, and experiencing meaningful moments every day. No experience needed - paid training provided. Full-time benefits and consistent scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications
