About The Position

I Am Boundless is a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and has served Ohio for over 40 years. The organization’s mission is to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people. The Direct Support Professional provides direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping, or other support to people with I/DD. This is a part-time position scheduled for 16 hours per week, with alternating schedules of Friday and Sunday, then Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Candidates selected for the pre-employment process must complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable to the role. I Am Boundless is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, adult/child/infant CPR, and delegated nursing credentials; training will be provided if not already certified.
