About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for its Adult Residential department in Willingboro, New Jersey. The role supports adults with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities by providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. The scheduled hours are Monday and Tuesday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at an hourly rate of $19.06–$19.44. Weekend availability is also required. The work can be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding, and each hour may bring different activities and needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver’s license in good standing.
• Have a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
