About The Position

Dungarvin is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Milwaukee to support people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and other complex medical needs. DSPs help individuals live as independently and fulfillingly as possible through person-centered support grounded in respect, response, and choice. The role may involve assisting with daily living activities and personal care, building skills and working toward personal goals, supporting community activities and appointments, and encouraging independence and meaningful connections. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a genuine passion for helping others.
• Be dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Communicate effectively and work well with others.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as required for DSP positions.
