About The Position
Pritchard Industries is hiring General Cleaners to help maintain buildings and facilities in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Duties may include vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors; removing trash; cleaning restrooms and break rooms; and performing other miscellaneous cleaning tasks. Several shifts are available, Monday through Friday, at three locations: 400 Ridge Road, 10 Knox Drive, and 290 Davidson Ave. The company is holding an onsite hiring event with interviews on October 22, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 991 US Hwy 22, Suite 302, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Employment is contingent on meeting pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check.
Requirements
- Able to follow instructions from a supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional attitude and appearance; initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Janitorial experience is a plus; training will be provided.
