About The Position
Dungarvin is seeking compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs, to live more independent and fulfilling lives. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting with daily living activities, personal care, skill development, community engagement, and fostering independence and choice. Requirements
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have a genuine passion for helping others.
- Are dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Communicate effectively and work well with others.
- Are interested in supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as required for DSP positions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus.
