About The Position
The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides non-medical, community-based, person-centered support services throughout Connecticut. Direct Support Professionals support individuals with disabilities in pursuing independence and personal growth. Duties include assisting with household chores and tasks, driving to appointments, providing personal hygiene assistance, establishing routines that encourage independence, and teaching life skills such as grocery shopping and budgeting. The posting describes a male participant schedule of Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Full-time and part-time opportunities are mentioned.
Requirements
