Direct Support Professionals Wanted
About The Position
Complete Human Services NJ LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals for its In-Home and Community Based Supports department in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, and Cumberland Counties. The organization is an approved New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities provider and provides compassionate, person-centered in-home and community-based supports, community inclusion, respite, transportation, and individual supports. Direct Support Professionals provide quality care in a positive and empathetic manner to autistic individuals and people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and support their families. The schedule is varied and PRN, with an hourly rate of $18.00–$22.25.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current driver's license in good standing.
- Ability and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong desire to work with autistic individuals and/or individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their families.
Responsibilities

- Encourage independence through personalized Individual Support Plans.
- Encourage community integration.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and guardians.
