About The Position

Complete Human Services NJ LLC seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide positive, empathetic, person-centered support to autistic individuals and people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, as well as their families. The company provides in-home and community-based supports, community inclusion, respite, transportation, and individual supports that honor each person’s needs. The role serves Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, and Cumberland Counties and is part of the In-Home and Community Based Supports department. The schedule is varied and PRN, and the hourly rate is $18.00–$22.25.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Ability and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong desire to work with autistic individuals and/or people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities

• Empower adults to develop and learn daily living skills.
• Encourage independence through personalized Individual Support Plans.
• Encourage community integration.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and guardians.
