About The Position

360 Behavioral Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support children and teens with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping clients build happiness, growth, independence, and community involvement. Positions begin part-time, with a minimum requirement of 15–20 hours per week; additional full-time hours may be available depending on center needs and the employee’s availability. The position is hiring in Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, and Little Rock, and requires reliable transportation. Available schedule needs include 2 p.m.–10 p.m. and 10 p.m.–6 a.m., Monday through Saturday or Sunday. Pay is $19–$21.50 per hour, based on experience and education. An additional $0.50–$2 per hour may be applied for applicable cases. The employer offers paid training, structured career pathways, a consistent schedule, center activities and team events, and reimbursement for mileage and phone expenses.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Help children with daily activities at home and in the community.
Teach and guide clients in developing social, self-help, and independence skills.
Support client progress, follow behavior plans, and help clients navigate challenges with patience and care.
Create opportunities for safety, independence, and community involvement.
Track progress, share achievements, and keep families connected.
Show up for clients and the team and participate in training and growth opportunities.
