About The Position
Join Club Aspire, an after-school respite program, and spend your afternoons helping children and young adults ages 6-21 learn, grow, have fun, and build independence. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will facilitate activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, homework help, music & art therapy, and games/recreational activities. The role focuses on helping individuals build confidence and independence. No prior experience is necessary as paid training is provided. We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and patient individuals.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, homework help, music & art therapy, and games/recreational activities.
- Help individuals build confidence and independence.
- Assist children and young adults in learning, growing, and having fun.
- Support individuals in developing skills and gaining independence.
